With a young son, Bailey, at home and a determination to provide for his family, Charles decided to take a bold step. He took over the lease at the mall and transformed the space into Sophy Jewelers, a fine jewelry store built on craftsmanship, quality, and care.

In those early days, Charles’s sister, Aggie, who already had experience in the jewelry industry, stepped in to help. Together, they worked tirelessly to establish the store as a trusted name in the community, offering exceptional designs and personalized service.

In 2017, Charles’s son, Bailey, joined the family business, bringing fresh energy and innovation to carry the Sophy Jewelers legacy into the future.
